All Heartfelt Yoga classes begin with a grounding meditation, inviting you to connect deeply with your body and breath. The session flows into a series of traditional yoga asanas, expertly crafted to cultivate strength and increase flexibility. Annie weaves mantra chanting into the practice to boost mental clarity, sharpen concentration, and cultivate meditation skills. A range of pranayama exercises are performed to enhance lung capacity and calm the nervous system. Drawing on her specialized training, Annie applies expert physical adjustments to refine alignment and optimize the benefits of each pose. The class concludes with a savasana enhanced by a soothing facial massage, aromatherapy, and a serene sound bath.
